Pathfinder Principal, Elaine Carney is Co-Founder and President of the Maine Recovery Fund. In this role, she facilitates all aspects of forming this organization working to dignify supportive employment and to provide wraparound services for people in recovery from substance use disorder, re-entering from jail and prison and for returning Veterans facing re-entry obstacles. Her work includes strategic planning, fundraising, Board and Staff Development.
