Pathfinder Philanthropy Advisors currently provides Campaign Counsel to support the planning and implementation of a $3 million Capital Campaign for Teton Creek Corridor Conservation Collaborative (TCCC) in Teton County, Idaho. We also provide support to assist with broadening and strengthening the major gifts program for the four TCCC partner conservation organizations.
