Facilitated community stakeholder meetings for The Upper Green River Sustainable Communities Endowment Fund and The Tom Thorne Sage Grouse Conservation Fund, developed by Shell Oil and Exploration and designed to mitigate the social and environmental impacts of oil and gas development in Sublette County, Wyoming.
